Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RingLine (the “Service”), an AI phone-answering and missed-call follow-up service for home-services businesses. By using the Service or providing your mobile number, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

RingLine answers your business calls with an AI assistant, routes and forwards calls, books appointments, and sends you notifications about calls it handles. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for how you use the calls, bookings, and messages the Service produces.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications from RingLine related to your account and the calls we handle for you.

  • Message frequency varies with your call and account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to use it to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited communications, or in any way that violates carrier or messaging regulations. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to communicate with your own customers.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. RingLine is not liable for missed calls, delayed or undelivered messages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
