RingLine (“RingLine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI phone-answering and missed-call follow-up service for home-services businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RingLine or providing your mobile number, you agree to this Policy.
We use your information to answer and route calls, book appointments, send you call-briefing and follow-up notifications, provide your client dashboard, and operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not use your information for advertising.
With your consent, RingLine sends SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide. These are transactional service notifications — for example, a summary of a missed call our AI handled, or a follow-up message to a caller on your behalf.
No mobile information (phone numbers, SMS opt-in, or consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate RingLine — such as our telephony provider (Twilio), AI provider (Anthropic), and hosting and email providers — and only as needed to deliver the service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for their own use. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of sensitive data, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Closing your account stops future service messages.
